Can I make changes to my order?

We are extremely limited on making changes to an order.* Before you place your order, please carefully review your order details and/or contact our support team if you have any questions or issues. **Note during holiday or promotional peak times we will NOT be able to facilitate any change requests. Please be very careful to check your order information at checkout.

How can I find my fit?

We have a great sizing tool here, Find My Fit! Each product page has detailed sizing charts, as well. We recommend sizing up if you’re in between sizes.

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

No, only one discount code can be used per order. Combining discounts for a simultaneous order is not allowed. This includes reward points, as those are also redeemed as promotional codes.

How should I wash my True Classic clothing?

We recommend washing, with like colors, on cold and laying flat to dry, or use a low temp dryer setting. Drying your tee may result in about 5% shrinkage. Please note that we do not accept washed or worn clothing for returns or exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for US and Canada orders on unworn items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, with the exception of items marked as Final Sale (those Final Sale items will NOT be eligible for a return or exchange)*. **We do offer a return policy extension for holiday purchases. Gift returns can be initiated through our online return portal while gift exchanges will need to be facilitated through our support team. Please chat or email us to help with your gift exchange!

Can I exchange my order?

Yes! We offer hassle-free exchanges, with the exception of items marked as Final Sale (those Final Sale items will NOT be eligible for a return or exchange)* for all US and Canada orders. We will provide a prepaid label to ship the exchange product(s) back and cover shipping on the replacement order, too! Your exchange order will process once the returned shipment is on its way back. (Note: We use an automated system that will process the replacement order when the return shipment carrier tracking is updated). **We do offer a return policy extension for holiday purchases. Gift returns can be initiated through our online return portal while gift exchanges will need to be facilitated through our support team. Please chat or email us to help with your gift exchange!

When will my exchange ship?

After the return shipment is updated with carrier tracking, your exchange order will be processed*. Please allow a fulfillment processing time of 1-3 business days, before the replacement order ships. **If we are processing a gift or manual exchange please be sure to email us when you place the return in the mail.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

After the return shipment is updated with carrier tracking, we will credit your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank before it will appear on your bank, credit card, or other payment statement. We will refund you for all items that are returned, less the original cost of shipping.

Does True Classic offer free shipping?

Yes! All orders over $100 are shipped at no cost to you. Free shipping eligibility requires a $100 subtotal order value, including discounts and is eligible for US shipments only.

When will my order ship?

All orders ship in 1-3 business days. Please note we do rely on reputable carriers to deliver shipments and some shipments may be impacted by transit delays. Either way, we will always do whatever it takes to get your True Classics delivered.

Where is my order coming from?

Our orders ship out of California.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we ship to the US and Canada. Please note that duties and taxes are included in the shipping price during checkout, for Canada shipments. On average, Canada orders take approximately 10 business days, or less, for carrier transit/delivery.

How do I access or apply my rewards?

At the bottom of our website, there is a section called Rewards. This will allow you to view and redeem your available rewards. To apply rewards in the App you will need to redeem the rewards on our site first to obtain the code to then apply in App. Please note we cannot stack discount codes. One code per order.
