Our True Classic products are designed with the best quality. We use a very unique process with the fabrics, creating an even higher quality fabric than most brands. You will find this provides our tees with quality that holds after wear and washing, to withstand the test of time and still fit and feel great.
Do you have any vegan items?
No animal products are used in our clothing.
Are your items recyclable?
They sure are! We ask that you up-cycle and donate the tees when you are done with them!
Care instructions
Do I need to pre-wash my items?
No, you do not.
Please note that our items are not pre-shrunk.
How do I wash my items?
Following these will help your True Classic items continue looking great after many washes.
- Machine Wash on cold setting
- No bleach
- Lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low temperature in dryer. Please note, shrinking may occur if being dried in the dryer.
How do I stop my items shrinking?
To avoid shrinkage, please lay flat to dry. If you can't air dry clothes, use a low heat setting on the dryer and remove the clothes while slightly damp and allow them to finish air drying. Excessive heat is hard on fabrics.
How do I stop my items fading?
- Wash in cold water. If you usually throw all your clothes into one load, cold water is the setting to choose. Rule of thumb: the warmer the water, the quicker the fading.
- Wash lights, darks and whites separately. The best approach is to wash dark clothes with other darks, lights with light, whites by themselves.
- Wash clothes inside out. The fibers on your clothes fade from the action of the washer. When you turn them inside out, the part no one sees takes the brunt of the wear and tear.
How do I stop my items stretching?
To avoid stretching, do not hang the items while wet. Lay flat to dry. If you can't air dry clothes, use lower heat settings on the dryer and remove the clothes while slightly damp and allow them to finish air drying. Excessive heat is hard on fabrics.
Can I screen print on True Classic tees?
Absolutely! Print or any other alterations to True Classic product(s) will void product authenticity and will not be eligible for our product guarantee policy, however.

Each product page has specific sizing guides to help you find the best fit (including the length of each tee). Please note some products fit differently than others, we strongly recommend reviewing the sizing chart within the product page in addition to the product details to help you find the best fit.
What if I'm in between sizes?
Sizing can be tricky given differences in body types and it's possible you may be in between sizes. We certainly want to ensure you have the best fitting tee, so if you don't mind sharing your height and weight with our support team, they would be happy to assist!

Stock Availability
The item I want is out of stock. Can I pre-order?
We do not have preorder's at this time. if you'd like to be notified once the item is restocked, I would encourage you to sign up for our restock notifications. You can do so by clicking on the "Notify Me When Available" under that specific product/size and you'll get an email notification as soon as inventory comes in for that item.
How often are items restocked?
We work to restock core products often. Seasonal items will not restock as frequently. Signing up for that restock alert will ensure you don't miss this product when it's available again.
I want to exchange but the size/color is out of stock. Can I choose a different size/color?
Yes, absolutely! Please reach out to our customer service team if the desired item is out of stock, and we can assist with a manual return.

How long are gift cards valid for?
Our gift cards do not expire.
Can I exchange a gift card for cash?
At this time, gift cards are not exchangeable for cash.
Do you sell physical gift cards?
Our gift cards are all digital at this time and will be sent directly to the recipient via email.
Loyalty Program
What loyalty program do members get?
You'll earn points on every purchase. Earn 1 point for every $1 spent. That turns into $10 off, for every 100 points earned. Earned rewards will be available to you when you're logged into your True Classic account. You will be able to apply those at checkout.

Do you offer a Referral program?
Yes! Give your friends $20 off on their first order of $75+ and you'll get $20 (200 points) for each successful referral. You can refer an unlimited amount of friends. Click HERE to start referring.

What if I forgot to apply my points?
Please contact us directly so we can manually adjust, or you can continue saving your rewards for your next purchase.
How do I apply my rewards?
At checkout you will see the option to apply your rewards via a drop down menu. Please make sure you are logged into your True Classic account to access your rewards for redemption.
I didn't get my referral rewards?
Referral rewards cannot be applied without a referral link. Please make sure your friends are using your link or you're using a referral link on your purchase.
What is the MAX amount of points you can use?
Our current max referral amount is $50 on a single purchase.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship worldwide with exception of: Belarus , Bonaire, Saint Eustatius and Saba, Guam, Jersey, Marshall Islands, Mauritania, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Russia, Ukraine, Zimbabwe and other countries NOT listed on the shipping table below. We look forward to offering world-wide shipping options soon.
How long does shipping take?
Orders generally leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Depending on the shipping method you select, at checkout, your order can take up to 8 business days to deliver in the US. International can take up to 12 business days. Please see table for transit by country (please note these Transit Times are estimates and based on business days).

How do I track my order?
You will be sent a tracking link along with status updates, after your order ships. We will also send you shipment updates as your package gets near! You can always contact our support team if you have any questions along the way.
Does True Classic offer free shipping?
All US orders over $100 are shipped at no cost to you.
All AUS orders over $200 AUD are shipped at no cost to you.
All UK orders over 100 GBP are shipped out at no cost to you
All Mexico orders over 2,000 MXN are shipped out at no cost to you.
All Canada orders over $140 CAD are shipped at no cost to you.
Free shipping eligibility requires a subtotal order value the free shipping threshold, including discounts and is eligible for these locations only.
When will my order ship?
All orders ship in 1-3 business days.
Please note we do rely on reputable carriers to deliver shipments and some shipments may be impacted by transit delays. We will always do whatever it takes to get your True Classics delivered.
Where do orders ship from?
All orders ship out of Southern California.
My package shows delivered but I did not receive it?
Occasionally, carriers will prematurely mark a package as delivered and it will show up a few days later. If it has not shown up within a day or two of delivery confirmation, please contact us, so we may sort it out with the carrier.
International Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of international orders. These duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and depend on a number of factors, such as:
- Country of origin of the purchased product
- Local VAT rates
- Local import taxes
It will be your responsibility to pay these charges if and when asked to through your local authorities.
Can I pre-pay duties & taxes?
Our guaranteed landed cost shipping service allows you to prepay all taxes and there will be no additional charges when you receive your package – guaranteed!
All you need to do is prepay the duties at our checkout.If prepayment is supported for your order, then you will be quoted as follows: “Prepay xxxx for duties, taxes and fees now to guarantee no additional charges on delivery” - By choosing this option you will be provided with a 100% guaranteed total amount for your order (including all applicable delivery charges, duties and taxes).
Please note that any inspections and fees applied on imports to your country are beyond our control, should you decide not to prepay your taxes during checkout.
Select counties including Canada and Europe include duties backed into the pricing during the shopping experience and will not be paid separately.How much duties & taxes do I need to pay?
The amount of duties & taxes applied depends on the value of the order and the destination country.
My package is stuck in customs
Customs clearance is completely beyond our control, as are any delays resulting from inspections by the customs authorities.
As only the recipient of the package can make an inquiry with the local customs authorities, for any details regarding the process and its due date, we kindly ask you to contact them directly using the tracking reference number provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
I prepaid my duties & taxes, but have been charged more fees for delivery?
Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of orders shipped outside of the European Union. Such duties and taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and depend on a number of factors, such as country of origin of the purchased product, local VAT rates and local import taxes.
It is stated on our website that any local import duty, taxes or customs clearance are not included in our prices and must be paid for by the customer.
If you feel that you were incorrectly charged please send us a copy of the receipt for any additional charges that you have paid and we will follow up with our shipping partner to arrange a refund.

US Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
All of our products carry a risk-free 30-day return and exchange window, with the exception of items marked as Final Sale. All items must be unworn (with the exception of trying on), unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging. US returns are free and easy, just drop your items off at one of our 500+ Return Bar locations or we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label to you.
US Returns for Refund: Any approved refund requests will be issued to the original form of payment, less the original shipping costs, if applicable.
US Exchange: Any approved exchange will be shipped at no additional cost to you.
For damaged/defective items please contact us directly.

Can I return a sale item?
All orders are eligible for a return or exchange of any item within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of items marked as Final Sale (those Final Sale items will NOT be eligible for a return or exchange).
What if I received a damaged or defective item?
Please contact our support team at support@trueclassictees.com and we will take care of you, right away.
If I am exchanging an item, when will I receive my exchange?
Once your return tracking is updated, our automated system will process your replacement exchange order (US returns only). You will receive an automated email when your exchange has been processed.
If I am returning an item for a refund, when will I receive my refund? For how much will the refund be?
Once your return tracking is updated, we will process your refund and credit your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank. We will refund you for all items that are returned, less the original cost of shipping.
International returns: It can take up to 21 business days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method as the below steps need to be followed:
- Shipping time to arrive back to our warehouse
- Processing and inspection for refund approval
- Authorization to finance department to issue refund
- It can take up to 7 business days for the funds to credit back to your payment method once our finance department process the refund. Should your refund not be processed within the 21 business days, please send us the tracking number for the returned package so that we can investigate further.
Will you provide me with a shipping label?
Yes, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for all returns and exchanges. Please see our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
I have not received my refund?
Canceled OrdersIf you see a charge on your credit card for a canceled order, it is likely to be only a pre-authorization and not a payment. This will be automatically canceled by your payment provider.
If you paid by PayPal, then the canceled order should have automatically generated a refund back to your account.
Credit Card RefundsPlease allow up to 7 business days for the funds to credit back to your payment method.
PayPal RefundsThese are usually immediate, so if you have received confirmation that a refund was issued but do not see it in your account, please contact us directly, so that we can investigate further.

Changes & Cancellations
Can I change or cancel my order?
We know mistakes happen. We use an automated fulfillment process, which allows us to pack and ship orders extremely quickly. Unfortunately, this does limit us on the amount of time we have to make edits to order. We are SUPER limited on making order changes, however, if you need to make changes to your order after it’s been placed, please contact us as soon as possible.
Keep in mind once your order ships, we’re unable to make changes. Check out our Return and Exchange Policy for more info, or reach out with questions.
When will my payment be refunded for a canceled order?
If you see a charge on your credit card for a canceled order, it is likely to be only a pre-authorization and not a payment. This will be automatically canceled by your payment provider.
If you paid by PayPal, then the canceled order should have automatically generated a refund back to your account.
For International orders made by credit card, we only charge once the order ships to you.

My tees do not all fit the same
Generally, with apparel there is an industry-wide standard to expect a 5% tolerance on measurements/fit differences. Typically, our tees fall within that tolerance, however, if the size difference you are seeing is greater than the 5% tolerance, please contact our support team directly support@trueclassictees.com
Payments
Which payment types do you accept?
At this time, True Classic accepts all major credit cards, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, GooglePay, ApplePay and payment installment options (platforms based on region).
We also accept True Classic Gift cards, for payments. True Classic Gift cards can be entered at checkout under the section labeled Gift card or discount code.
Do you offer "Buy Now Pay Later" payment options?
We do accept digital payment platforms allowing you to delay payments on purchases. These platforms will allow you to shop now and pay later. Depending on the platform offered; based on your region, your purchase may be split into multiple payments. You will see these payment options offered to you, at checkout.
Do you accept Visa/MC or Amex gift cards?
We do! You can simply enter at checkout, under payment; like you would a typical credit card payment.
Are there any surcharges?
We do not have any surcharges. For International orders, the shipping rate is automatically calculated upon checkout, to include duties and taxes. We are required to collect taxes and duties upon checkout.

Please allow 3-5 (business) days for your refund to reflect within your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
Do you offer gift receipts?
During checkout you can add a gift note. Our packaging slip does not contain any pricing information. The packing slip will contain the order number in the event the gift recipient needs to reach out with questions in regards to their order.
Discounts
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
Only one discount code can be used per order. Combining discounts for a simultaneous order is not allowed. This includes reward points, as those are also redeemed as promotional codes.
Where do I apply my discount code?
From our site or App, under Checkout there will be a section labeled "Show Order Summary". You'll want to expand that (if you're on a mobile device) and enter the promo code you have under Discount Code.
I forgot to apply my discount, can you help me?
Of course, we know mistakes happen. Contact us directly at support@trueclassictees.com with the promo code you forgot to apply and we'll get you taken care of.
My promo code is not working, can you help me?
Go ahead and send over a screenshot of the promo code to our customer service team via chat or email. We are happy to look into this for you.
Does my promo code have exclusions?
Promo codes cannot be used on sale and clearance items.
Do you offer a military discount?

What is CashBack?
Merchants want to reward shoppers. CashBack is a simple way for merchants to give you money for shopping with them.
How can I redeem my CashBack?
Check your email. After a qualifying purchase you will receive an email to redeem your CashBack. You just need to complete the CashBack redemption form, and then you can select your preferred CashBack redemption method. Depending on where you purchased you can redeem your CashBack as either a virtual Visa card or a merchant gift card.
Why is there a holding period to receive my CashBack?
We trust you, but to ensure that fraudsters don't take advantage of the CashBack system, there is often a holding period that corresponds to the return or refund period of the merchant. Please see your merchant's specific terms for information on if, and how long, the holding period is.
How long does it take to get my gift card?
As soon as you confirm your selection, we will provide you with details about your gift card. If the merchant has a return period, you may have to wait up to 60 days to be able to use your gift card.
How do I use my gift card?
Purchase anything from the merchant and enter your gift card number on the checkout page. Make sure to use the same email address when purchasing.
Where can I find my gift card?
Once you select a gift card, we will send you an email with details about your gift card CashBack. If you can’t locate that email, please reach out to us at support@getfondue with your exact CashBack details and we’ll help locate your gift card.
How long does it take to get my virtual Visa card?
As soon as you confirm your selection, we will provide you with details about your virtual Visa card. If the merchant has a return period, you may have to wait up to 60 days to be able to use your virtual Visa card.
Where can I use this virtual Visa card?
Anywhere that accepts Visa, which is over 44 million merchants in more than 200 countries and territories.
Where can I check my balance and statement on my virtual Visa card?
Once you select a virtual Visa CashBack, we will send you an email with a secure link to the details of your card.
When I tried to use my virtual Visa card the charge was declined. What can I do?
Your card is like any other Visa debit card and may be refused due to several reasons. Check that your card still has a sufficient balance. Also double check that you added the correct card number, name, and address.
