Are there any returns or exchanges? No, all sales are final for the warehouse sale. This means you cannot return or exchange any items you purchase.

What sizes will be available? Sizes and styles will vary and may be limited in selection. 

I don't see my size listed. Should I order a different size? Since all sales are final, we recommend checking our size chart carefully before placing your order. You can find the size chart on the True Classic website or reach out to our team at support@trueclassic.com for additional sizing support.

Can I use promo codes on my warehouse sale order? Promo codes are not valid for warehouse sale items.

Where do you ship?

Warehouse Sale orders are currently only available for US orders.

How long does shipping take?

Orders generally leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days.

For US orders we have a 2-8 business day shipping time depending on the shipping method you select, at checkout. You will see an estimated delivery window in checkout for your order. An estimated delivery will show in checkout for your order.

How do I track my order?

You will be sent a tracking link along with status updates, after your order ships. We will also send you shipment updates as your package gets near.

Does True Classic offer free shipping?

For Warehouse orders, we offer Free shipping for US orders only. Free shipping eligibility requires a subtotal order value above the free shipping threshold, including discounts.

When will my order ship?

All orders ship in 1-3 business days.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders ship from Southern California and Texas.

My package shows delivered but I did not receive it?

Occasionally, carriers will prematurely mark a package as delivered and it will show up a few days later. If it has not shown up within a day or two of delivery confirmation, please contact us, so we may sort it out with the carrier.

During checkout you have the option to add Green Shipping Protection. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all we've got you covered.  If your order arrives damaged, lost, or stolen, no worries!
